878bet Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 878bet ("Platform", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using any feature of the 878bet platform — including Sports Betting, live casino, slots, poker, crash games, and any other current or future services — you fully agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gambling policies.

878bet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the registered email address and/or an in-platform notification at least seven days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

These Terms are written in Brazilian Portuguese and governed by current Brazilian law. In the event of a conflict between versions in other languages and the Portuguese version, the Portuguese version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To use the services of 878bet, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age complete at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil or have lawful access to the platform under the laws of your country of residence;
• Hold a valid CPF registered in your name;
• Not be included on any national or site-specific self-exclusion list;
• Not be an employee, spouse, or first-degree relative of an 878bet employee or any of its operational partners;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Brazilian law.

878bet may request supporting documents for identity, address, and payment method ownership at any time – a process known as KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Failure to provide or delays in submitting documents may result in a temporary suspension of withdrawals until the matter is resolved. This procedure protects both the user and the integrity of the platform against fraud and money laundering.

3. User Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and password) confidential and for all activity carried out on your account. The 878bet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in the account security panel.

If unauthorized access is suspected, the user must immediately notify 878bet's support team via live chat or email. The platform is not liable for losses resulting from misuse of login credentials by third parties where the user failed to take reasonable security precautions.

878bet reserves the right to suspend or close accounts displaying suspicious behavior, including but not limited to: use of automation software, odds manipulation, bonus abuse, multiple accounts registered under the same CPF, and any activities that constitute money laundering or fraud.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All amounts on the platform 878bet are processed exclusively in Brazilian reais (R$ – BRL). 878bet accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

Withdrawals via Pix are processed in under 15 seconds for accounts that have completed KYC verification and whose available balance comes exclusively from confirmed deposits (not from bonuses under an active rollover). The timeframe above refers to 878bet's internal processing time; any delays caused by financial institutions are outside the platform's control.

The 878bet does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by the user's financial institution are the user's sole responsibility. Withdrawal methods must match those used for the original deposit; if there is a discrepancy, contact support for a case-by-case review. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts — the 878bet account holder and the bank account holder must be the same person.

5. Sports Betting

Sports betting at 878bet cover more than 30 sports, with highlights including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, European leagues), volleyball (men's and women's Superliga, Nations League), basketball (NBA and NBB), MMA/UFC, tennis, e-sports, and Formula 1, among others.

A confirmed bet is final and cannot be reversed, except where the cash out feature is available and the user chooses to use it before the final result. Live bets are subject to broadcast delays — 878bet is not responsible for decisions made based on streaming information with latency.

• Bets placed after the official start of an event will be voided and the amount returned to the user's balance;
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, all pre-match bets will be fully refunded;
• For parlay bets, any cancelled event is removed from the selection and the odds are recalculated based on the remaining selections;
• 878bet reserves the right to correct odds published due to an obvious technical error, voiding any bets placed under those conditions and refunding the staked amount;
• The minimum amount per single bet is R$ 2.00; the maximum per bet varies by event and market, as shown on the platform.

878bet may limit the maximum bet amount for certain users based on risk analysis and usage patterns, without prior justification. This is standard practice in the betting industry and does not constitute account suspension.

6. Casino, Poker & Other Games

The games catalog at 878bet includes slots, live casino (roulette, blackjack, baccarat), poker, crash games, and other entertainment titles provided by internationally certified suppliers. All games use independently audited random number generators (RNG), ensuring fair and unpredictable outcomes.

Live Casino games are streamed in real time from professional studios. The user's connection quality may affect the streaming experience but has no bearing on game outcomes. 878bet is not responsible for internet interruptions on the user's end during a live game session.

In 878bet's poker room, the use of real-time assistance software (HUDs), bots, player collusion, and any form of cheating is strictly prohibited. The platform uses irregularity detection systems and may close accounts and withhold balances if suspicious behavior is identified following an investigation.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

The 878bet offers a welcome bonus, seasonal promotions, weekly cashback for VIP members, and other special offers. Each promotion has its own specific terms available on the offer page, including bonus percentage, maximum amount, expiry date, and rollover requirements.

The following are considered bonus abuse and will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once;
• Placing bets on opposing outcomes using different accounts to guarantee a return regardless of the result;
• Using only low-risk bets solely to meet rollover requirements (such as betting on odds close to 1.00);
• Participating in promotions on accounts that do not meet the defined eligibility criteria.

Expired bonuses will not be reactivated. 878bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, while honoring bets already confirmed under the terms in effect at the time.

8. Responsible Gambling

The 878bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides tools to help users stay in control of their activity on the platform. The following features are available in every user's account panel:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once configured, a limit can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session time limit: set an alert when you exceed a set amount of playing time per session;
• Temporary self-exclusion: request a 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day break. During this period, account access is suspended, but withdrawals of available balances are permitted;
• Permanent self-exclusion: request permanent account closure. This process is irreversible and is completed within 24 hours of the request.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform 878bet – including text, images, logos, design, source code, trademarks, graphics, and other elements – is the exclusive property of 878bet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, publicly displaying, or commercially exploiting any part of the platform's content without prior written authorization from 878bet is strictly prohibited. Permitted use is limited to personal, non-commercial access by registered users for entertainment purposes.

11. Account Closure and Suspension

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 878bet. Prior to closure, available balances not tied to an active rollover may be withdrawn. Bonus balances with an incomplete rollover are cancelled upon voluntary closure.

878bet may suspend or close accounts without prior notice in the following situations:

• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification;
• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent behavior, bonus abuse, use of bots or automation software;
• Suspected money laundering or criminal activity associated with the account;
• Use of the platform by anyone under 18 years of age;
• Use by any user listed on an applicable self-exclusion registry.

In cases of account closure due to a Terms violation, 878bet reserves the right to hold balances during the investigation period. Once the review is complete, legitimate funds will be returned to the account holder, minus any applicable penalties based on the nature of the violation.

12. Limitation of Liability

The 878bet is not responsible for losses resulting from betting decisions made by users. Sports Betting and casino games carry inherent risk, and outcomes are never guaranteed. The platform provides the tools and the environment — the decision to bet and the amount wagered are solely the user's responsibility.

878bet does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability and may carry out scheduled or emergency maintenance that results in temporary downtime. In the event of an interruption during live betting, all bets already confirmed will be honored based on the data recorded up to the moment of the outage.

Under no circumstances shall 878bet's total liability to a user exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the previous 12 months, except as expressly required by applicable Brazilian law.

13. General Provisions

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the court of the user's place of residence, pursuant to the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990).

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of 878bet in exercising any right set out in these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
